Job Summary:
The Intermediate US Recruiter has a great knowledge and experience in recruiting process as well as the awareness and understanding of the financial job market trends.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an adept recruiter with a great leadership skill and possess the eagerness to fill in the roles in a cost-efficient way. Being proactive, creative, resourceful, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential to this role.
Job Description:
-Identify and recruit qualified financial professionals for per diem assignments
-Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
-Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a per diem financial career
-Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals
-Build and maintain unique relationships with financial professionals
-Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
-Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
-Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
-Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
Requirements
-At least 3+ years of experience in US recruitment, talent acquisition or similar role in the BPO / RPO industry is a MUST
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any relevant field
-Preferably has extensive background in onshore recruiting for a US Financial or accounting sectors
-Excellent and creative sourcing skills in highly technical positions
-Self-starter with strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and time-management skills
-Ability to solve problems, and make procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues
-Excellent written and verbal English business communication skills
-Amenable to work evening or graveyard shifts
