This role will be working with our US-based client that provides a dynamic and innovative full-service pre-construction consulting firm dedicated to ensuring construction projects start on the right footing. Their primary focus areas include construction permitting/licensing, code compliance, utility coordination, and surety/performance bonds.
As a US Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in managing the client's telecommunication systems and ensuring seamless communication within their organization. Your responsibilities will include:
 
Operates telecommunication system by following instructions for answering phones, greeting clients, screening and transferring calls.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, such as assisting a follow up with a client or setting up a call for a team-member.
 
Requirements
Must have at least 1 year experience in outbound and/or inbound US customer service support.
Preferably with experience as virtual assistant for US real estate Industry.
Technical Knowledge in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Amenable to work on a Philippine night shift schedule, holidays, and weekend if needed.
Proficiency in using telephone systems and etiquette to handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Fluent in English communication and has strong verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey information clearly and effectively to colleagues and clients.
Active listening skills to understand and respond appropriately to inquiries and requests from callers or team members.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues, with a focus on meeting their needs and expectations.
Strong organizational skills to keep track of calls, messages, and tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
