Requirements:
Must have experience working with US-based clinics and physicians, specifically Physical Therapy
Must have experience in EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling
Experience in medical billing and coding is a plus!
Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
Proficient in both written and verbal English
Organized and detail-oriented
Must be willing to work onsite
