As a US Outbound Sales Consultant, your main responsibilities include:
Consulting with Prospective Clients: Engage with potential clients, providing them with valuable insights about our services and packages. Understand their needs and goals, and tailor our solutions to suit their unique requirements.
Introducing Solutions: Present new options and services to clients that align with their objectives. Guide them through the available opportunities and help them make informed decisions.
Closing Deals: Efficiently and professionally close deals with clients by demonstrating the value and benefits of our services and packages.
Maintaining Call Activity: Keep up an active and regular call schedule, ensuring that you meet the minimum call and activity quotas set by the management team.
Managing Client Information: Accurately maintain customer records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools as directed by management.
Basic Qualifications:
Senior high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with strong desire to succeed.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Experience in consultative sales and solution-based selling.
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
