* Answering incoming calls from customers
* Resolving customer inquiries/requests
* Developing and maintaining accurate files
* Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Requirements:
*18 y/o above
* At least HS Grad (Old curriculum) / SHS and College Grad or At least 2 years in college
* With 3 years CCE
* Good-Excellent communication skills
* Good computer navigational skill on multiple system
* Valid NBI Clearance
* Typing skill is 25-30 WPM
