Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain costing method on material e,g average cost, and standard costing in ERP; maintain and clean up BOM, reestablish labor costing for a manufacturing company.
• Set up and able to produce actionable and insightful reports from ERP and future FP&A systems to guide department heads and management to make better decisions and increase profitability.
• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
• Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
• Prepare and complete internal cost audits.
• Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or any business degree course.
• Certified public accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
• 5-8 years of Cost Accounting work experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing company.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Amenable to work on a fixed night shift.
• Willing to work in temporary WFH set-up.
