About the Role
 
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Supervisor who will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, maintain stock availability, and support production and branch requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities
Lead onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of warehouse/production staff
Maintain accurate warehouse inventory with minimal variance
Forecast stock requirements and ensure no critical stock-outs
Oversee complete and timely receiving & dispatching of stocks/products
Conduct quality control checks on all incoming and outgoing items
Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure smooth flow of materials
Qualifications
1-3 years experience in warehousing or inventory management
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience in stock monitoring, receiving, and dispatching
Ability to lead people and enforce SOPs
Knowledge in basic inventory systems or digital tools 
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure
