TELEMARKETER
(Office Based)
 
UNA Internationale Trading Corporation, located in Tayud, Lilo-an, Cebu, is looking for an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. As a telemarketer, you will build and develop relationships with existing customers to promote the hardware and fishing line products including PE pipes, fittings, and so on.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Calls existing customers to sell the products of the company
Shares selling points for the products of the company
Answers questions from customers about the products
Recommends and cross-sells products, based on customer needs
Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department
Takes detailed call notes and records feedback from customers
Keeps contact and financial information confidential
Work closely with the sales supervisor to establish and meet sales goals
Maintain a strong work ethic, with total commitment to achieve monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
At least College level (High school graduate but with strong and long experience in Field Sales are very much welcome to apply)
Preferably with 1-2 years work experience in sales or any related field
Excels at customer service
Communicates effectively on the phone
Learns about products and services quickly
Works well independently and with other people, and is good at time management
With good communication and personal relation skills
