Exciting Challenges: As a Tech Support Representative, you'll be the go-to expert for assisting customers with their household appliance technical issues such water heater, aircons, induction cookers for RV's. Every day will bring new and interesting challenges to solve.
Impactful Role: Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of household appliances for RV's (trailers, campers) across the US.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers over the phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with household appliances.
Offer step-by-step guidance for problem resolution.
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Any Engineering background
Knowledgeable in household appliances and fixing stuff
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in technical support is a plus.
