SENIOR HAIRSTYLIST
 
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet clients upon endorsement by the Receptionist, make eye contact and show genuine interest in their needs.
Assess and analyze client's hair and other physical features to determine and recommend treatment or suggest hair styles, hair color and hair treatment options
Cut, trim, shape hair or hair pieces based on client's instructions, hair type and facial features, using clippers, scissors, trimmers and razors.
Shave, trim and shape beards and mustaches as needed
Bleach, color, or tint hair using applicator or brush.
Shampoo, rinse, condition and dry hair and scalp or pieces of hair with water, liquid soap or other solutions.
Supervise, oversee and manage Junior Stylist's in performing hair services such as blow dry, shampooing, styling, curling, hair color and hair treatment.
Continuously trains and develops Junior Stylist under him or her
Ensure services are done correctly and are up to Colors and Peach standards
Address client concerns and complaints in a professional and respectful manner in accordance to Colors and Peach Customer Service Standards
Massage and treat scalp for hygienic and remedial purposes.
Develop new styles and techniques.
Demonstrate and sell hair care products.
Inform clients about new services, programs and discounts.
Cross-sell services and products when appropriate.
