URGENT HIRING: SALES & COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Compensation: 125k ON TARGET (PHP 62.5k Base + 62.5k on Target Bonus)
Sign-On Bonus MASSIVE 50k (payable with first salary)
 
THIS IS A FOUNDATIONAL COMMAND ROLE FOR A COMMERCIAL CHAMPION.
 
We are Stumpers, a P250 million venture forging a new kingdom in Southern Cebu-the "Ibiza of the South." We have the world-class venue and a solid operational team. Now, we are searching for the final pillar of our command staff: a Sales & Commercial Director to build our legacy.
 
This is not a typical corporate job. This is a rare, "greenfield" opportunity for a proven leader to build an entire commercial empire from the ground up.
The Mission: Build the Revenue Engine
 
You will be the single point of accountability for all revenue-generating activities. Your mission is to take absolute ownership of our commercial strategy, from architecting our MICE division to building and mentoring the elite sales teams that will conquer the market.

The Spoils of Victory: Compensation & Long-Term Rewards
 
This package is designed for a commander joining our founding leadership team:
Salary: On Target Earnings of PHP 125k per month. (62.5k Basic + 62.5k Target Bonus)
Monthly Performance Bonus: A massive opportunity to earn up to 100% of your basic salary (PHP 62,500) EACH MONTH, contingent on achieving mutually agreed-upon monthly KPIs (e.g., Footfall, Revenue Targets).
MASSIVE Sign-On Bonus: PHP 50,000 cash bonus upon signing.
Executive Privileges:
Comprehensive Full HMO package.
Executive All-Access VIP Privileges to all Stumpers events and venues.
Company Vehicle (after successful 6-month establishment period).
Monthly allowance of PHP 3,500.
