SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Assist customers.
Promote products to walk-in clients.
Contribute ideas and suggest new initiative or areas of improvement in the branch.
Give ideas to customers for a better option.
Responsible in dealing with customer complaints
Reports customer feedback and any discrepancy of the items delivered.
Accepts cash payments from customers
Deposits sales collection to the bank. Sees to it that all collections for the day are deposited intact daily.
Reports any untoward incidents in the branch.
Check the item prior to releasing to ensure that the price of the item is correct and or the item is fully paid.
Performs such other functions that may be assigned by his/her immediate head.
