Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team at General Royal Global Industries Inc., a leading distributor of air conditioning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, including product recommendations and technical support.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of customer inquiries.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications:
Preferably, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience in sales and HVAC may be considered.
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
