What we are looking for (Primary Skill Set)
Must have excellent communication skills for both verbal and written English with a  pleasant and great email & phone etiquette.
We prefer CPA or a Certified Practising Accountant; or
Have an extensive background in accounting (ACCOUNTING GRADUATE with years of experience)
Strong leadership skills with strong attention to details
Can multi task and quick to pick up new trainings & computer programs
Trustworthy & reliable
Value integrity and accountability
Can work independently with less supervision
Hubdoc experience is an advantage
Have any graphic design skills is also useful but not essential
Must have great work ethics, great attitude & pleasing personality

ACCOUNTS SUPPORT - experienced with accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.
Create quotes & invoices
Process bookings in the system
Create reports
Perform Ad Hoc activities when required
Confidently handle and resolve customer billing issues & concerns
