What we are looking for (Preferred Skill Set)
Preferably with 1 year (or more) customer service / virtual assistance experience
Proficient in English (both verbal & written)
Knowledgeable in Outlook, Excel and Xero
Be able to use Team viewer and Zoom 
Knowledgeable in FB, Live Chat, MMS, Web Ignite & Mail Chimp
Degree in Accounting would be preferable
With sales experience is preferable too
Strong leadership skills with strong attention to details
Can work independently with less supervision
Value integrity and accountability
Shows high level of intelligence and initiative
Must have great work ethics, great attitude & pleasing personality
Can multi-task

What are you expected to do (Job Responsibilities)
Answer enquiries about products and services
Follow-up with customers verbally and via email
Data entry and various office administration & account task
Co-ordinate between clients and different jobs
Create quotes
Process bookings in the system
Create reports
Perform Ad Hoc activities when required
Confidently handle and resolve customer issues & enquiries
