JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform laboratory medical tests, ensuring that correct procedures are followed.
Update procedure manuals, making changes to improve accuracy and speed.
Train and supervise other technicians, instructing them in the protocols and equipment.
Calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and validate equipment and results.
Perform lab sample testing
Perform and certify quality control of laboratory analysers and processes
Troubleshoot variances in lab performance
Prepare daily report on the results
Maintaining the equipment and cleanliness of the lab
Maintain patient information confidentiality and uphold the hospital policy
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
 
Registered Medical Technologist
With or without experience
Fresh Board Passer are welcome.
With good moral character and attitude
Able to follow rules and regulations of the company.
