QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER
Qualifications:
A BS Graduate of Food Technology, Applied Science in Quality Assurance Management or a related field.
Must have at least 6 months to 1 year training and experience in quality assurance and quality control procedures within the food industry.
Basic knowledge of the following quality systems is required:
Standards of Food Safety Management
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) - Cold and Dry warehouses
Proficiency in analytical methods relevant to data review is essential.
JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product consistency and improve customer satisfaction.
