We are urgently in need of a PROJECT MANAGER!
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in Civil Engineering or its equivalent 
Must be a Licensed Engineer 
With at least 10 years of solid experience in construction, civil, structural works, project management, land, and property development 
With extensive and solid experience in project management, scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction and structural works 
Must have people management skills, organization skills, leadership skills, time management skills, initiative, and attention to details 
Understanding of budget control, ability to work within budgets and deadlines 
Good communication, customer and personal service
Experience seeing projects through the full life-cycle
Good analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to complete projects within planned scope, budget, and timeline
Ability to solve problems creatively
Trustworthy 
Safety practitioner

Responsibilities and Duties
Define project scope and objectives
Predict the resources needed to achieve goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
Oversee project costs to meet budget
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments and developments
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected results
Leverage best practices, techniques, and industry standards throughout project implementation
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
