Technical Skills:
Knowledge of bakery production processes, ingredients, and equipment.
Understanding of quality control standards, food safety, and sanitation practices (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate a production team.
Capable of delegating tasks effectively and managing production schedules to meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify production issues and implement timely and effective solutions.
Organizational Skills:
