QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Production and Planning Control Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products. This role coordinates with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to optimize resource utilization, minimize costs, and meet customer demands.
