OUTBOUND SALES TEAM LEADER
 
The 360 Companies is a staffing and recruiting firm that focuses on the Logistics, Manufacturing and IT industries. We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team. The Outbound Sales Team Leader will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of the sales team. He/She will be responsible for training, coaching, and managing the effectiveness and productivity of the team while he generates leads, qualify prospects, and close appointments in partnership with our U.S. based business development managers.
Salary: Php45,000-Php50,000 (including de minimis) up to Php20,000 commissions
Signing Bonus - Php30,000 (paid over 12 months)
Mondays to Fridays || 11:00 pm - 8:00 am Manila Time (8:00 am - 5:00 pm US PST/CST)
Work Location: On-Site, Cebu IT Park

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good leadership skills, with strong sales acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. On the first month of onboarding/training, he will be mentored and coached by the best in our industry. Our staff is dedicated to the candidate's long-term success and continued support.
 
Responsibilities
Motivate, train, and manage the outbound sales team to achieve weekly/monthly KPI goals and targets
Develop sales training materials including presentations, call flows, call spiels and SOPs to effectively conduct engaging and informative training sessions both in-person and virtually for outbound sales representatives.
Liaise effectively between team members and management in the goal to meet sales objectives.
Work closely with sales management team and HR to address training needs and ensure a seamless training experience.
Meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets
Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.
Prepare, evaluate, and analyze performance reports and take full responsibility for team results
Requirements
Works well in a team environment and maintains high productivity/high energy level.
Results oriented mindset and money driven with a focus on delivering targets
Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals.
With at least 1-2 years of experience conducting sales training sessions
With at least 2 years of experience as an Outbound Sales Team Leader
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively in the achievement of sales objectives.
Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
Excellent oral and written English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong goal setting and monitoring aptitude and 'Can-do' attitude.
Be able to demonstrate positive attitude toward team members.
Proven track record of selling products or service solutions over the phone within a business-to-business sales environment.
Rounded sales and service skills
Proven track record of leading and managing a team of outbound sales representatives
