Stumpers is launching a P250 million venture - the "Ibiza of the South." We are assembling an elite A-Team. We need a hyper-organized, relentlessly efficient, and proactive Marketing & Commercial Assistant to be the essential support engine for our commercial command during the critical, high-tempo launch phase. Your Role:
You will be the indispensable right hand to our Sales & Commercial Director, handling the crucial day-to-day execution that frees our commanders for strategic battle. You will master the details, coordinate campaigns, manage information flow, and learn directly from the best in a fast-paced, results-obsessed environment.
Key Responsibilities (Flawless Execution Required):
Campaign Execution Support: Coordinate and publish content across social media; prepare materials for campaigns; liaise with suppliers; track essential campaign metrics with precision.
Commercial Intelligence: Gather competitor data and market research as directed by commercial leadership.
Command Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Sales & Commercial Director - manage schedules, organize files, prepare reports, handle communications.
Content & Coordination: Assist in basic content creation (using tools like Canva); support on-site marketing activities and event logistics.
