We are hiring Marketing Assistants!
 
As our Marketing Assistant, you'll be the friendly and reliable point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they feel guided and supported from reservation to turnover. Your day-to-day will include:
Serving as the go-to person for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and assisting with their accounts and units.
Keeping client records and sales files neat, organized, and always up to date.
Coordinating with our internal departments to make sure transactions move smoothly and on time.
Preparing and managing contracts, and guiding clients through the signing process.
Helping clients gather and submit requirements for their housing loans.
Keeping in touch with banks and financing institutions to track the progress of loan applications.
Following up with clients to complete any missing requirements promptly.
Guiding clients through the property turnover process and assisting them with property transfer paperwork.
Assisting with resolving any concerns about their loan or property turnover.
You are a great fit if you have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related course - but more than your diploma, we value your passion and drive!
Confidence in using computer applications (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to get things done efficiently
A positive, client-first attitude and excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Experience in real estate, client servicing, or administrative work is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
