Role includes:
Minor repairs and general maintenance
Painting works
Preventive maintenance checks
Purchasing supplies
Ensuring units are guest-ready
Qualifications:
Basic skills in plumbing, painting, electrical work, or general repairs
Basic computer skills (for creating reports)
Willing to travel within Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu-Lapu City
Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
