LEASING OFFICER
 
Salary Range: Php 28k - 33k/month
 
Responsible for leasing out units and assisting tenants with their needs. The Leasing Officer is also responsible to make negotiations with prospective clients and schedule meetings to discuss important details such as lease terms, discuss contract, and other related concerns..
 
Duties and Responsibilities
Look for potential clients
Meeting prospective clients and make tours of available units
Prepare leasing documents/proposals to be presented to prospective clients
Prepare Contract of Lease
Make sure that available and vacant units are updated
Keep track of existing clients' expiration of contract and propose a contract for renewal
Make sure that clients pay their dues on time
Make negotiations with existing clients and prospective clients
Advertise and promote available units to different social media platforms, publications, and use of other advertising tools
Qualifications
A graduate of any business related course
At least 2-3 years of experience in leasing
Good written and oral communication
Proof that you have enough experience in this field
Proficient in MS Office
Good customer service skills
