KITCHEN STAFF (based in a commissary, not in our restaurant)
 
OsaMor Food Corporation, a leading culinary establishment dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences, is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Utility. As a Kitchen Utility, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen area.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling food trays.
Dispose of waste and garbage in accordance with sanitation guidelines and company policies.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow and assist in any additional tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary: ₱13,026.
Statutory government benefits: SSS, Pag-iBig, PhilHealth
Work Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday.
Rest day: Friday and Saturday.
