Description
As a KAS for Modern Trade you will manage and build strong business relationships with all the accounts under your portfolio. You will manage and oversee the profitability of the business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
Through your strong understanding of the market, you will identify growth opportunities and develop sales activities for your channel. Working closely with the product and trade marketing teams, you will oversee the performance of the accounts in terms of their category and shelf analysis, sales and promotional effectiveness. You will be in charge of the trade activities negotiation and company mandates to the Buyers. You will also take orders of stores as being checked based on the inventory level and suggest order to the Buyers for the growth potential of the stores. You will ensure that the accounts under your portfolio has visible displays based on the carried SKUs.
As KAS, periodically submission of required reports is part of your duties and responsibilities to ensure that management has details of the accounts under your portfolio for references on the status of the business and for further assistance if the accounts needed.

Desired Qualifications:
• At least 2 to 3 years working experience of same position in a retail or distribution company
• Have recently handled and managed Modern Trade Accounts
• Able to construct Formal Business Correspondence
• In depth analysis of Sales data
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
• Self-motivated and driven
• Check inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• knowledgeable in Microsoft office (words, excel and powerpoint)
Education
• Graduate of any business related courses or equivalent
