We are in urgent need of a JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR!
 
Qualifications:
Graduate in Civil Engineering
At least with knowledge of material take-off and costing
Knows how to interpret plans
Knows CAD and other Microsoft software
Keen to details
Willing to learn and adopt the company approach to work
Team player
Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
Ability to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Raising and coordinating subcontract documentation.
Arranging payment certificates for subcontractor payments.
Cost/budget/margin project projections & management.
WIP reporting.
Supporting Profit Improvement Plans and Risk Management.
Supporting client billing.
Management of all purchase orders & invoices for suppliers.
Management of Contract Master & Contract Costing Systems.
