URGENT: JAPANESE SPEAKING ADMIN/CLERK
 
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies and ensure proper inventory
Monitor and update the Employee 201 File
Payroll Preparation
Responsible for all HR related tasks - onboarding, recording-keeping, employee documentation
Accounting Duties:
Prepare monthly accounting reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in an administrative and/or accounting role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to speak Nihongo is a plus
