Job Opportunity: IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and connectivity issues.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, procedures, and incident reports.
Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with POS systems and CCTV installation/monitoring is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Degree or certification in Information Technology or related field preferred.
