IT OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of business software applications.
Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize the organization's accounting software systems
Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of internal systems and networks.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
Regularly report to management on IT team performance, system status, and ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science or any computer related course.
Has 1-year experience as an IT Supervisor.
With Software and Accounting System knowledge is a PLUS!
With people management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to travel from time to time
