INTERNAL AUDITOR
 
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related field.
Must have a relevant experience in internal auditing within the construction industry, including knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
A Certified Internal Auditor is plus.
Flexible and communicates well in all levels of the organization.
With strong analytical skills to assess operational systems in the organization to identify potential risks.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify risks, recommend improvements, and safeguard project integrity by reviewing documentation, monitoring progress, and investigating potential issues. 
Assesses financial records, operational procedures, and compliance within construction projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to regulations.
Recommending and implementing changes to enhance project efficiency, reduce costs, and improve operational procedures. 
Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
