Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Nursing, with license
With experience as a hemodialysis nurse
Willing to be assigned at Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna
Job Responsibilities:
Admission and scheduling of hemodialysis patients
In-charge of the walk-in and telephone inquiries
Screens patients for hemodialysis treatment
Priming the patient of their responsibilities in their account as to whether they are on cash, PCSO, HMO or PHIC basis before the treatment
Schedules the hemodialysis treatment of each patient
Provides nursing care to out patients, in patients and critically ill patient's undergoing hemodialysis treatment based on the standard procedures provided by DOH
Performs head-to-toe nursing assessment before and after each treatment and apply the nursing process in dealing or attending to patient needs such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation
Uses nursing process in dealing and attending to patient's needs.
Collaborates with other health care team (e.g. Dietitian, Physical Therapist etc.) in providing holistic care to patients
Performs AV graft/ fistula cannulation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php 21,000 - 25,000
