Qualification:
1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering
2. With Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree
3. Professional License Holder
4. Minimum of five (5) years of professional teaching experience and at least two (2) years of industry experience.
5. With strong organizational leadership and teamwork skills
6. Willing to be assigned in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To assist and support the EVP/COO in all matters affecting the general academic and administrative policies of the university.
2. To prepare the curriculum of his/her college and keep these programs updated with current trends and development.
3. To sustain development program by encouraging faculty to pursue a higher degree.
4. To develop and maintain a continuing faculty supervisory program and keep the efficiency and instruction at the higher possible level.
5. To prepare, recommend, and coordinate teaching assignments and the use of facilities.
6. To coordinate with management on the maintenance of the accreditation of any program under his/her department.
7. To ensure that faculty possess cutting-edge knowledge and appropriate exposure. 8. To recommend the annual budget of his/her college for which he/she is accountable.
9. To recommend the appointment, promotion, or separation with supporting evidence of faculty members of his/her college.
10. To recommend candidates for graduation of his/her college. 11. To review the credentials and performance evaluation of the faculty to determine candidates for the scholarship.
