Job Qualifications
 
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources
At least 1 years experience in HR specifically with end-to-end recruitment and employee relations
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Willing to render overtime when necessary
Team player with interpersonal skills
Above average communication skills both verbal and written
Understanding of cultural differences due to foreign staff in the company
Computer literate and adept with MS Office & Google applications
Good understanding of labor laws
 
Job Responsibilities
 
Human Resource Tasks
Assist HR officer with the end-to-end recruitment as well as assist different recruitment platforms
Assist in scheduling interviews, contacts candidates, and conducts background checks as needed
Ensures all staff are kept current of necessary company updates and information
Assist in legal compliance (accreditations, permits, etc.)
Keeps and maintains employee records and files
Keeps and maintains physical and digital company records (contracts, retainer agreements, etc.)
Assist in evaluating employee performance and competence at work
Assisting in organizing company events and meetings
 
Admin Tasks
Assist in monitoring the billings and other payments
Assist in processing Japanese intern and employee visas
Assists (when needed) in coordinating with different partnered establishments, organizations and franchises
Assists accountant and helps gathering data for payroll
Performs other clerical duties
