Responsibilities:
Resolve issues/tickets received via email in a timely manner
Be driven to meet or exceed daily/weekly targets 
Be passionate about delivering excellent end-to-end customer experience
Be results-oriented; and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals
Must be willing to be trained on multiple skills: CRM Navigation, Tech Support
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Clear speaking voice
Good English communication skills
Must have at least 6 months of continuous experience in a BPO company
Sound technical knowledge
Competitive and results-driven
Strong work ethic with the ability to exceed targets
Sound knowledge in computer applications
