Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing the clerical process within a CRM platform
Managing some messaging platform via Social Media for Leads Generation
Performing Market Research, competitor research and solution research
Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and updating the CRM
Providing administrative assistance
Required Skills:
At least 2 years experience in a Virtual Assistant role
Has some knowledge in handling CRM Platforms (I.E Salesforce. Hubspot, Zendesk, etc. )
Knowledge in market research and solutions planning
Adept in Handling Data Entry
Must be a graduate of any 4 year-course or its equivalent
Highly skilled in written and spoken English
