URGENT HIRING: TECHNICAL SALES / MARKETING SUPERVISOR
Location: Cebu City/Cebu Province
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team typically responsible for leading a team of Sales Representative and providing technical expertise in waterproofing solutions and other services offered. This role involves overseeing the sales process, providing technical guidance to customers, and ensuring the successful implementation of waterproofing products and services.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: (but not limited to the following)
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Possess in-depth knowledge of construction products, materials, and techniques.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers/clients, sales team members, and other stakeholders.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to educate customers on our services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and industry professionals.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, specifications, and cost estimates.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related fields preferred.
Proven experience in Technical Sales preferably in the waterproofing or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of waterproofing products, floor treatments and coatings, retrofitting, concrete polishing, concrete repairs and other construction materials and application.
Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Willingess to work underpressure.
Can work with less supervision.
Possess a good leadership skills.
With professional driver's license
