We are URGENTLY looking for:
TEACHER
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in training or a similar role required; experience in an educational setting is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and develop training programs and materials that are clear and address both company and employee needs.
Conduct engaging training workshops, both in-person and online.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training by assessing its impact and gathering participant feedback.
Work with HR to ensure the training aligns with company goals and employee development plans.
Stay updated on industry trends to keep training methods relevant.
