Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years in a marketing coordination/virtual assistant role (B2C or home services a plus).
Proficiency with: HubSpot (or similar ESP/CRM), Canva (Adobe a plus), JIRA/Asana, Trainual, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn.
Strong writing and editing (AP style familiarity; eye for on-brand voice).
Comfortable building light video/social assets from templates.
Excellent organization, version control, and attention to detail.
