Job Description:
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the preparation of financial reports.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with payroll processing and related government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain proper documentation of receipts, invoices, and financial records.
Coordinate with management and external accountants as needed.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) is a must.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
