Service Desk Voice Support, No Technology Specialization
Skills/Abilities:
Good English communication skills
Willing to go on a flexible schedule as the business need
Nice to have technical skills eg SharePoint
Certifications good to have
Any Office 365, MS Windows Server, or Exchange
Education/Experience
With a college degree in Computer Science, IT and Computer and Electronics Engineering or another relevant field
At least 1 of relevant professional experience
Additional Job Details:
1 year worth of customer service work experience in BPO or related industry
Communication skill should be at least B1T
At least 2nd-year college for any IT related courses
Willing to go on shifting schedule/ Flexibility with schedule (willing to work on night shift)
Familiar with MS Office Products and Applications
Good work ethics and conduct
