SENIOR DRAFTSMAN
 
Responsibilities
Create Technical Drawings:
Produce detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for residential and commercial buildings using specialized CAD software. 
Ensure Accuracy:
Meticulously incorporate dimensions, specifications, calculations, and sketches into architectural designs. 
Visit Sites:
Travel to construction sites to collect measurements, verify existing conditions, and ensure the designs accurately reflect site data. 
Collaborate with Professionals:
Work closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure construction projects align with design specifications and building codes. 
Stay Updated:
Remain informed about new technologies, industry trends, building codes, and best practices in architectural design and drafting. 
Support Project Development:
Assist with the creation of schematic designs, design development, and construction documents, as well as coordinating with outside consultants. 
Qualifications:
Graduate of any drafting course.
Minimum Experience of four (4) years.
Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Understands measurement systems.
Skilled in providing project updates.
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Accurate and efficient in work tasks.
Willingness to be trained, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
Hardworking and capable of working with minimal supervision.
