Is currently looking for:
SENIOR COOK TRAINOR
Qualifications:
With Degree or Vocational Diploma on Cooking
2 years proven experience as a Cook
Knowledgeable of cooking techniques and procedure
With creative mind for menu development
Knowledgeable on Food Safety
Strong sense of leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
With own motorbike (+travel allowance) will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and consistency.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Coordinate with R&D for menu development
Coordinate with other staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
