CAKE / CROISSANT BAKER
 
Must be and have:
Culinary Education: Formal training from a culinary school or significant on-the-job experience.
Cooking Skills: Proficiency in various cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, baking, etc.) and familiarity with different cuisines.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively during peak hours. Work schedule can be from 6am to 3pm and 3pm to 1pm might be required for overtime sometimes
Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
Knife Skills: Expertise in proper knife techniques for preparation of ingredients.
Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, including knowledge of proper food handling techniques.
Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
Creativity: Ability to assist in menu development and suggest new ideas for dishes.
Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to menu changes and work in different stations as needed.
Attention to Detail: Precision in food preparation and plating to meet restaurant standards.
Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long hours and perform physically demanding tasks.
Communication Skills: Clear communication with team members and management to enhance service efficiency.
Inventory Management: Basic understanding of inventory control and ingredient sourcing.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected issues, such as food shortages or equipment malfunctions.
Positive Attitude: A good attitude and work ethic to contribute positively to the kitchen environment.
Salary: Will be based on experience.
