REAL ESTATE SALES AGENTS
 
DUTIES & TASK
Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Provide guidance on market conditions, prices, and financing options.
Organize and host open houses and property showings.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
Utilize social media, online listings, and traditional advertising to attract potential buyers.
Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood conditions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, other agents, lenders, and industry professionals.
Attend industry events and engage in community activities to expand network.
Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork related to transactions, including contracts, disclosures, and agreements.
Follow up with clients after transactions to maintain relationships and encourage referrals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is beneficial.
Must hold a valid real estate license is ADVANTAGE.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Work may involve traveling to various properties and locations.
