SALES EXECUTIVE
 
Salary range from 20-25K, based on skills and work experience.
 
Job Description:
Sales of used cars from Japan to other countries.
Maintain and interact primarily utilizing the phone and other forms of communication to maintain and expand the scope of new and existing clients within the assigned markets to increase sales of products and services.
Develops strategies created for the best possible results in sales and customer service programs.
Work and cooperate with Sales Department from Japan office.
Qualifications:
Excellent English with strong communication and listening skills
Sales background is a big plus
High level of discipline, self-motivation and responsibility
Aggressive and results-oriented
Willingness to learn and be able to juggle between tasks is a prerequisite
Essential Functions:
Contact clients through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, and chat support.
Attend to calls and inquiries over the telephone and respond to email inquiries
Attain and analyze information about the customer's needs, and problems, and recommend valuable sales presentations and suitable service assistance.
Check customer requirements and close sales.
Update and communicate with customers in a regular and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of internal and external customer service and support.
Perform various tasks on a daily basis aside from but not limited to assigned work.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Shifting schedules will vary depending on the assigned country.
