Summary of Role
 
As a Sales Associate, you'll connect with clients, generate leads, and close deals on exciting print projects-from signages and stickers to books, wall art, and truck wraps. This role is for driven individuals who want to grow, can hit targets, and be part of a creative, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, engage, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Promote and sell our full range of products-from stickers and labels to large-scale print projects
Maintain positive, long-term partnerships by providing excellent customer service
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and submit accurate weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
Represent Mandaue PrintShop with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions
Support company campaigns, trade events, and marketing activities as needed
Collaborate with production and admin teams to ensure smooth and accurate job fulfillment
Key Qualifications:
College Level (Sales or Marketing degree is a plus but not required)
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (printing or related industries a plus, but not required)
Strong communication and presentation skills, both in person and online
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
