About the Role
 
We're looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team. As an SA, you'll connect with potential clients, highlight cost-saving solutions, and schedule appointments for our expert US- and UK-based closers. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving results and building success stories.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients via outbound/inbound calls from provided leads.
Present cost-saving opportunities in a clear, compelling manner.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our closing teams.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless handovers of qualified leads.
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Who We're Looking For
 
We want go-getters with:
1-2 years' experience in sales or telemarketing (e.g., solar sales, insurance, telco).
Exceptional English communication skills that engage and persuade.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational skills to manage high call volumes efficiently.
A self-motivated, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Detail orientation for maintaining accurate CRM records.
