Identify and qualify prospects based on their business needs and objectives
Explain the value of our client's solutions and services to potential buyer
Use your expertise to provide relevant information and insights about cloud technology trends
Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead generations activities in our CRM system
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage potential clients.
Agent's Qualifications:
3-5 years of outbound calling experience in the cloud technology industry
Proven track record in lead generation and achieving targets
Strong knowledge of cloud technology trends, services, and solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using dialers such as Five9, RingCentral, and Vonage
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
Willingness to adapt and learn about new technologies and products
